Above and Beyond Presentation – The Card Factory

The Card Factory in Bedford’s Harper Centre was presented with Sight Concern’s, Above and Beyond award on Monday 19th February.  Sight Concern have been running the award for the last year and recognises companies or services that go, ‘ Above and Beyond,’ for their blind and partially sighted customers.
Joyce, one of the people that had nominated the Card Factory said that the staff were always very helpful and were always happy to take time to read out the cards for her. Heidi Watson the store manager told Sight Concern Bedfordshire that her staff were always happy to help customers with all levels of disability and offer support where ever they could.
Sight Concern Bedfordshire would like to thank and congratulate the Card Factory for going Above and Beyond for our Blind and partially sighted community.
