Luton Office Reborn by Sight Concern’s Office Manager Alison Taylor

Closing the door on our Luton office in March felt very strange after so many years, but we are pleased to announce we have secured new premises at Futures House, Marsh Farm in Luton to supply our award winning Low Vision Service and Visual Impairment Service.

It was agreed, the following feedback from Fantasy Charity consultation, that taking services out into the community is the way forward; large office spaces in central locations are draining and unsustainable, especially following the year we have all just been though! Staff will now be dividing their working week in a new blend of working from home, office and out in the community.

Visits to both our Luton and Bedford offices will be by appointment only, please call our central number 01234 311555 if you need to visit us. As we reopen face-to-face services we are putting in questionnaires and measures to ensure a Covid safe environment is maintained. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
