We are delighted to say that Sight Concern’s Sensory Impairment Advisor and Visual Impairment Advisors are now able to connect with you in the following ways in Central Bedfordshire and Luton:

We offer door stop visits to deliver and collect documents to support benefit applications and concessionary passes.

We offer face-to-face visits as well as appointments at our new Luton Office in Futures House, The Moakes, Marsh Farm, Luton. LU3 3QB. Staff will also be carrying out Covid safe home visits, where possible. All face-to-face services will be risk assessed, and screening and safety measures upheld at all times to safeguard both staff and clients.

Alongside this we will also continue to complete benefit applications with clients via telephone, if preferred, as remote engagement has proven most successful over the past 14 months.
