Small Charity Week 14-20th June

It’s Small Charities week from 14th-20th June. a chance to raise awareness and celebrate the important work of small charities across the UK, including Sight Concern Bedfordshire!

Here’s photos of two of our wonderful service users, Luton resident Jamile and Central Bedfordshire young resident Zac, holding up signs saying why they love Sight Concern Bedfordshire.

Jamile’s sign says “I Love Sight Concern Bedfordshire because… they are brilliant people who have helped me become more independent and with their help and love I am in a better place than I was 2 years ago”.

Zac’s sign says “I Love Sight Concern Bedfordshire because… they have a lovely family group where I can meet other young people with visual impairments like me”.

We’re so thrilled to receive such positive feedback like this. We love supporting our local sight-loss community and are passionate about helping enable independence.
