Wheelie Fantastic

Our Dunstable based social club, Socialeyze have once again been involved in the Wheelie Fantastic project which is part of Dunstable in Bloom.

Groups are invited to decorate a wheelbarrow which will then be displayed around the town. This years theme is linked to the 100th anniversary of the end of WW1 and is entitled ‘Remembrance and Peace’.

The members of Socialeyze have created a wonderful design which includes a silhouette of a Soldier standing in front of a cross, a poppy wreath, the flags of all the nations that were Allies in WWI, a spent shell casing, and a copy of the tin that was given to each soldier by Queen Mary at Christmas of 1914.
